SHIPPING POLICY

DIGITAL ORDERS

Edition 1 and the free Quickstart are delivered as PDFs. Digital delivery is immediate — the download link arrives by email as soon as the order is confirmed. Digital orders do not ship and are not subject to the timings below.

PHYSICAL ORDERS

Physical items are made to order. Handling takes approximately 3 to 4 business days, and delivery is typically estimated at 6 to 16 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need a firmer date for a specific item, write to us before ordering.

RETURNS

To start a return, contact info@octokraken.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions and an address for your specific item. Claims must be made within 30 days.

RETURN COSTS

You are responsible for paying return shipping. Return shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item worth more than $75, please use a trackable service or buy shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive an untracked return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email info@octokraken.com with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
